Returns & refunds

How long have I got to return items?

No later than 3 months from date of invoice (unless faulty).
Must have an authorised returns number.

What are the costs involved in returning items?

This is dependent on returns reason.

I've changed my mind. What are the costs involved in returning my items?

Subject to prior approval. Within 3 months of purchase, provided that they are in a saleable condition and, where applicable, in original packaging.
Returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
No re-stocking approvals between the months of July and September.
Must have an authorised returns number.

I've changed my mind. Can you collect the items from me?

Subject to prior approval. Within 3 months of purchase, provided that they are in a saleable condition and, where applicable, in original packaging.

Collection charge of £7.50 + VAT per parcel.

Can I return clearance items?

No unless faulty.

What items cannot be returned?

Non-faulty items over 3 months old subject to approval.

I've already decorated an item. Can I return it?

Only if faulty.

I've sent my goods back and haven't had a response. What's happening?

Credit notes, where applicable, are generated when returns have been processed by the warehouse.

What if I've missed my collection?

We would re-book again, but you would need to contact the office.

When can I expect my credit balance to be refunded once I've returned my items or cancelled order?

Please email accounts@banner.co.uk, who will be able to confirm that a refund is due and the method of refund (including refund timeframe). If you would like a refund by BACs, please include your bank details in your email.
